We’re updating your email service to a new and improved Webmail platform. Here’s what you need to know:
- You can continue sending and receiving emails as usual during the update.
- If you use an email app (like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird), make sure your full email address (e.g., myemail@warwick.net) is entered in both the username and email address fields. Using only your username (like “myemail”) may cause email issues after the update.
- Here are some documents to help you set up your username: iPhone, Thunderbird, Outlook
- After the update, we may ask you to adjust your email app settings. Please wait until we notify you before making any changes. (Except for updating your username as noted above.)
- Important: We will never ask for your personal information or email password.
What to Expect:
- We will soon provide in an email a new date for the service rollout.
- Emails will be moved to the new platform automatically. (If you use an email app like Outlook, this won’t affect your emails.)
- While we make the switch, you might notice brief service interruptions, and older emails may take a few hours to appear.
After the Update:
- Email users can log in to the new Warwick Customer Email at https://mail.warwick.net or https://userportal.warwick.net using your current email address and password.
